After you complete the application form, you will need to do following:
- From your employer's written job opportunities
- Prove that you meet the job requirements (for example, proof of certain education or work experience) and
- Active labor you from the Department of Human Resources and Social Development Department (HRSDC), the job market to provide advice and, if necessary. In some cases, you can submit your application, you need to wait for a positive labor market opinion. See bottom of this page in the Links part of the parallel processing.

Remember, even if made a positive HRSDC Labour Market Opinion, we can not guarantee that you will get a work permit.
